Educated consumers have realistic expectations and understanding of what can and cannot be accomplished. For example our ‘OneFeed’ feed is ‘ Simply copy the above URL, and paste it into ‘New Feed’ window and name it. Are they hesitant or unable when asked even basic questions, or for further details?
